We use Square for all your booking needs, leaving you in control. Download the Square app or go to our squareup.com page click the menu button to sign in to unlock the freedom to book, modify, & cancel your appointments 24/7.

After-hours Fee

We are happy to, when available, accommodate our clients outside of normal business hours for an additional $20 per appointment.

Same Day Partial Service(s) Cancellation

When you book multiple services and need to cancel one of them, there will be a 25% cancelation fee for that individual service. 

Same Day Full Service Cancellation
♡Same Day cancellation (with reschedule/ re-book) There will be a 20% of total cost of service fee.

♡ Same-day cancellation (without rescheduling/re-booking) There will be a 50% total cost of service fee.

♡NO CALL, NO SHOW
There will be a 100% cost of service fee.

All cancellation fees must be paid in full before any other appointment can be booked.

*Please keep in mind that we’re a small business, and same-day cancellations spots are very difficult to fill at the last minute.. Your time is very important to us, and we only ask our guests to value ours.

3-Tardies Policy

To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we strictly adhere to our schedule. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

​Frequent Tardiness/No-Shows: After three instances of being late beyond the grace period or a no-show, we reserve the right to revoke your future booking privileges via Square and by phone.

Re-Scheduling Policy: Respecting Our Time
​To maintain a consistent and fair schedule for all clients and technicians, we strictly adhere to a 24-hour notice requirement for all cancellations or reschedules.
​Policy on Habitual Rescheduling
​Frequent, last-minute changes significantly disrupt our daily operations. A client will be flagged as a Habitual Rescheduler if they accumulate three (3) or more appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice within a six-month period.

​Client Dismissal:
​If the Habitual Rescheduler threshold is met:
​We will issue one final notice regarding the policy violation.
​Any further scheduling conflicts or late changes will result in the client being informed that we can no longer accommodate their bookings.
​We will offer a suggestion for an alternative salon or a local walk-in establishment that may better suit their need for flexible, last-minute appointments.
​We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our professional schedule.

​At our salon, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the health of your natural nails. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our policies regarding service guarantees and refunds.

​Our Service Guarantee
​We stand behind our techniques and high-quality products. If your manicure experiences issues within the timeframes below, please contact us for a complimentary repair.

Dazzle Dry Services: 3-Day Guarantee*
​Note: While Dazzle Dry is a high-performance system, if the natural nail’s integrity is severely compromised, the product may not be able to withstand the nail’s flexibility, leading to chipping or lifting.

Non-Toxic Gel Services: 10-Day Guarantee*
​Note: Our gel products are incredibly durable. However, if the underlying nail foundation is compromised or damaged, it can create a scenario for lifting or chipping.
​Please Note: We do not guarantee work performed by other salons. Our guarantee is void if we are required to work over existing products not applied at our establishment.

Health & Safety Rights
​Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to refuse service if an individual’s health or nail integrity is in jeopardy. This includes, but is not limited to:
​Fungal infections or any signs of active infection/redness.
​Areas of pain or discomfort.
​Severe nail lifting or significant damage caused by previous external services.

Refunds & Consultations
​Services Rendered: We do not offer cash refunds for services already completed. We exercise due diligence in our techniques and product selection; however, because every nail type is unique, products may react differently to different body chemistries.
​Consultations: If you are unsure if a product is right for you, we invite you to schedule a Free 30-minute consultation to assess your nail health.
​Right to Fix: If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon or within your guarantee window so we can make it right.

Gift Card Policies
​Refunds: Gift card credit can only be refunded to the original purchaser and will be issued to the original form of payment on file.
​Discounted Cards: If a gift card was purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, only the exact amount paid will be refunded, not the total face value of the card.

Child Safety

For safety and the relaxation of our guests, we ask that children only attend the salon if they are receiving a service or are able behave respectfully and safely.
